Yes most probably. A great read on this is the Lost book of Enki, by Z. Sitchin. It's narrates quite interestingly how Enki and his team tried over and over again to create a worker to mine the mines for them. It wasn't though until Enki mated with some earthling maidens (which was a big no,no, and he kept it secret for a very long time) a man and woman were born that astounded the annunaki, cause the could actually speak, learn etc. It wasn't until Kaan beat Abel to death that Enki confessed. The exciled Kaan and to distinguish redid his genes so he would have no beard growth. Which is quite amazing as most South/Central American natives have no beard growth. Those who do have mixed with the Spanish.
So if you go for the Annunaki way, yes we have alien genes. If we wouldn't we probably would have evolved to this stage anyways, only our looks would have been a little different, but it would have taken a lot looooonger.
